グランド ホテル ヴェスーヴィオ - ソレント

ベスビオ山と海が見える部屋で眺めが良く快適だった。プールも清潔で子供も充分楽しめた。また、ソレント中心部まで行くには送迎バスがあり便利。

送迎バスの乗降車場所が、駅やバスターミナルから離れているので行き帰りが少々不便。ホテルフロントがリゾートにしては事務的な対応。

Beautiful view of the bay of naples and rooms had air conditioning

Booked an 8 night stay but left after 1 night as too far from Sorrento. The rooms are a bit basic and breakfast was v simple but again a little too basic. The shuttle bus was only at set times with huge gaps in the service during the day and night

Very old in general, furniture, decoration old fashion, not clean enough, too big, too many people, not updated the staff about the city and trips. It is completely not a 4 stars hotel....just 3 borderline.

We had a big room and balcony with great views of the Gulf of Naples and Mount Vesuvius. Nice outdoor swimmingpool.

When it is some long distance to walk along the narrow mainroad, with no pavement to reach downtown Sorrento, you are depending on the shuttlebus if you are not vigorous. Taxi is expencive compared to the distance(15 euro) On the other hand this bus is offered for free, and if you are a little flexible and prepared to follow its schedule you will be rewarded with this fantastic view and great pool . ( Be sure to get your room facing to the Gulf and not on the back side)

We had a spacious room with balcony and sea view (330). Pool was great. They have a beautiful garden

Breakfast was poor, every day the same, without any vegetables. During our stay they didn't serve breakfast on the terrace which is very beautiful. We ate one dinner in the hotel, was very poor, although the menu it was a la carte, seemed to be made for groups

The room was large, clean and cool. I also liked the terrace overlooking the bay of Naples.

Receptionist (male) was cold and unhelpful. My friend innocently asked if there was a view from the room. She was quickly told that we had booked a "basic" room. In other words, what did we expect for €110? He had an attitude which would not be acceptable in a hotel in Ireland.

I thought this hotel was extremely clean and the staff were very helpful, always manerly and friendly, they work very hard. We booked a basic double room and were upgraded which was very special to us. I could not find fault with this hotel and would recommend it to all going to Sorrento. Brillant.

Nice, big hotel with lots of services, nice big rooms and acceptable buffet breakfast. Worth for ****, no doubt. Shuttle bus is particularly useful.

Here and there parts of the equipments could be renewed.

The view of ocean and the pool

Food is ok, but one expects more from the price of the hotel.

The pool is fantastic! A quiet hotel at the start of June - which suited fine. The hotel guests were mostly in the 50-65yr bracket. The shuttle bus was reliable.

Not a lot really. Would have been nice if breakfast ran later than 10!

The views, the pool, the fact it was so spacious in the rooms and the hotel it self. I loved the van service, which was a must

The pool area's lunch menu was not the best.ie a steak sandwich was 2 slices of bread wit a wafer thin cut of roast beef.

ants in the room,not just ours.we booked 3 rooms and our sea view was not the full view like the other rooms we booked,we were tucked in the corner siding onto a balcony wall with partial sea view.

Excellent location, our room was very spacious with a stunning view over Naples's bay and the Vesuvio. Staff was pleasant and helpfull. Food was good.
